With the establishment of their new endowment fund, Batavia Local School District has created a powerful resource for academic and educational opportunities through the Batavia School Foundation Fund. The Fund will serve as a permanent way for alumni, friends, and supporters of academic excellence to support current and future Batavia Local Schools students.

These gifts will support academic and cultural opportunities by providing the funds necessary to enhance their scholastic experiences in various different activities, such as field trips or educational programs, and will provide long-term support for the school district for generations.

A local advisory committee will grant awards from the Fund based on applications submitted from within the school district. These committee members include Connie Bare, Karen Baumann, Barb Bruner, Molly Cribbet, Tyler Hawk, Glenda Neff, Scott Runck, Jennifer Stewart, Larry Vaughn, and Mary Jane West.

Gifts to the Batavia School Foundation Fund are tax deductible and can be made in many ways, including cash, bequests, and life insurance.
